Simply snap your existing keys into the plastic housing once, slide the two halves together, and fit your keys in your wallet. 

When together, the body of the key will be sheathed in plastic to protect the inside of your wallet.

And when pulled apart, the key heads remain in the plastic housing, acting as a large handle, which provides 3x the leverage of a normal key.
